On Sunday, while Meme and Grandmother were here, we decided to take our yearly trip to the Pumpkin Patch in Flower Mound. I've taken the same picture every year of David in the hollowed out tree trunk entering the big hay maze. Well, this year, they'd removed that entrance!! WHAT?!?!? How could they!?!?!
So, here's David exiting the maze:
His sister, on the other hand, wasn't so excited to get the photo shoot started:
I did finally just pick her up and put her in this cute little pot:
And here's a cute one of the two of them together. Hmmmm, ya think they're related?!?!
And a cute outtake. Apparently, Katherine has taken on the tongue thing from her brother.
We also took some great family pictures, but one of them just MIGHT end up on our Christmas cards, so you'll all just have to WAIT!
And a cute outtake. Apparently, Katherine has taken on the tongue thing from her brother. Here's a great one of Meme and Grandmother with the kids.
More Katie Beth standing with the aid of a large pumpkin.
Again with the tongue and the cutie picture.
This was my artsy picture for the day. I love the contrast of their skin. Grandmother is a wise and amazing role model for all the women in the Ferguson Family. I love that she and Katherine got to spend some quality time together this weekend - even if it was while Meme and I were buying our new Blackberrys!!
And of course, BIG fun at the pumpkin patch for David is taking leaps off the huge haystack into Daddy's arms!
And I just thought this one was funny. Katherine loves to sit in her stroller this way - with one foot kicked up over the edge. She's just a lounger!
It looks like she & Grandmother are just having a great conversation!!

Great pictures and your commentary about Grandmother as a role model is terrific--she loved the weekend and the special time with both of your beautiful kids. We are still talking about the totally free Pumpkin Patch event--amazing place! Thanks for taking us.
I love the pumpkin patch pictures and I'm impressed at how fast you got them posted. I still need to sift through mine, edit and post. Good job on the outfit coordination. Such cute kids!
SUPER cute pictures. I love the animal print outfit (and of course David looks so dapper). The lounging is soo cute. The artsy picture is very awesome. I love the angle of the jumping-off-hay picture. Of course- the pumpkin patch pot picture is sooo cute.
