I don't even know where to start since it's been so long since I posted, so I just went through the pictures I've taken since then and I'll tell you about those.
Katherine is ALL OVER the place now! She actually crawls really fast and pulls up quick as well. It seems too early for her to do this!! She pulled up on John when he was laying on the floor and pounded on his back. We said she was giving him a back rub.
This is how the kids spent some free time on the weekend the last couple of weekends. David has earned time on the Wii and Katherine LOVES to watch whatever it is her brother is doing.

And we also tried for a brother/sister photo shoot and got one pretty cute picture out of several we took. 
This is Katherine pulling up on Mommy and trying to figure out what that camera thing is all about! She has 2 teeth now by the way. They're the bottom two front ones. She still chews on everything, so we keep thinking there might be more coming, but not yet!
The tongue thing must be hereditary. Katherine apparently got it from her brother.
John had to stay home with her for part of Thursday and all of Friday last week. She wasn't feeling 100% so she was at home. David was out of school and we actually have to pay extra at daycare for him to spend the whole day there instead of just the afternoon, so John kept them both. What a great Dad!! So, in order to cope, he instituted a little time in the playpen for our girl. He and David called it "baby jail" so now that's what it is!
You can tell Baby Jail is not Katherine's favorite place on the planet.Last weekend, John's mom and grandmother came for a visit. Of course, we ALL LOVE it when they come - it's super fun for David to show Meme and Grandmother everything he's doing these days and Katherine thinks Meme and Grandmother are just the COOLEST! Okay, so she's got some stranger anxiety, but she NEEDS to be nice to them - they'll make her jewelry when she's old enough to wear it! I need to teach this girl some priorities!!
Seriously, we had a great visit and loved having them here, even if the Hotel Ferguson is closed now that we have a smaller house and they have to stay somewhere else. We went to the pumpkin patch on Sunday and got some GREAT pictures. I'll post them later this week.
I have to say something to make you come back after all that time off, right?!?!?

Teeth and pulling up! Quite the milestones. I love the tongue out picture and that IS a great one of the kiddos together. Isn't it nice how she's entertained by whatever big brother is doing? That's the cutest jail I've ever seen :)
We all know you are soooo busy, but we LOVE your posts--and we loved our special time in Dallas with the Ferguson Four. It was great to attend the T ball game, everyone is hearing about the Pumpkin Patch outing,the UNO games,the impressive "menu reading" and the fact that Meme and Katy Beth bridged the stranger gap--even though it took until Sunday!! Plus--I love, love, love, our matching red Black Berry's

Wow - she's ready to walk already! Oh my. I love her animal print tops too. That's a sweet picture of the two kiddos. The Baby Jail label is too funny!
