Eight Months!!

Can you believe she's already 8 months old??!?!  Here's her monthly picture with the teddy bear.
We also tried to take some of her & David together, but she wasn't really into it, so they didn't turn out blog-worthy.

Yesterday when I picked her up from day-care, she saw me coming in through the window in the door and she actually started crawling over toward me!!  She's taken maybe one or two crawl "steps" here and there, but this was maybe 3 or 4 toward Mommy!  I was so excited for her and her teachers told me she'd been working on it all day.  We took a video of it last night so we'll get that on the blog ASAP.

Here's another picture.  This is while John is holding her up in the air.  She doesn't like it quite as much as her brother yet, but at least it made her smile.
And here's David being thrown up in the air.  We've taken these pictures of David his whole life, so we'll have to put them together somehow & show them in sequence.  He's gigantic!!
The Ferguson Four are all doing great.  Katherine is fighting either some allergies or getting over a cold, but she's a trooper.  David is doing much better with his behavior at school and we ALL glad for that.

Speaking of David at school - last week, he told us at dinner, "I know what times means."  So John asked him, "What's three times seven?"  He counted on his fingers for a while, mumbled a little bit, then said, "21."  We tried a couple others and yep, he knows what times means all right!  He told us his teacher taught him that.  Good grief, this kid has some mad math skilz!!

I can't believe she's 8 months old! Those are great pictures. I love the one of the airborn David, too. Seeing a sequence of the other similar pics from the past is a great idea! That David is amazing - already doing MULTIPLICATION. Holy moly.

She's getting so big. I need to see her again. Audrey would love it. Love the artsy picture of her in the air sticking her little tongue out to the side. You reminded me that I need to try to get one of my two kiddos together. I used to get one after Audrey's monthly pig picture but since I'm not doing those anymore I need to make a point to get them to stand still together long enough for a picture.

What a beauty queen. Have you considered putting that girl in commercials? She could sure sell to me. ;-)
