Making up for lost time...

We've found the cure.
I haven't blogged in a while. We had an interesting weekend. It seems Katherine is following in her brother's footsteps. The reflux that we've known she has, but thought she had under control, has worsened. The doctor has been called, and I'm sure we'll be on medication soon. The hardest part is the pain that she's in. David never acted like the reflux hurt him, but she certainly does and of course it's very difficult to see your child in pain. Hopefully we can get her on some medicine soon that will help.

In other news, here's a picture of some family fun - everyone watching Blue's Clues on the computer while David did a breathing treatment last week.

But she's certainly into her big brother!! He's an amazing big brother. We didn't know what to expect with David, but he's done amazing. He loves his little sister!!
Okay, here's the first Katherine-ism! For some reason, when I turn on my hairdryer, 9 times out of 10, she will calm down. This morning, I was getting ready a little bit too close to her feeding time. She was a bit upset that I wasn't paying enough attention to her, but when I turned on that hairdryer, she got a smile on her face and calmed right down!! I'm not sure what to make of that...any ideas?!?!?
