This all started one day last week when John was taking David to school. He's a very random thinker, David, and out of the blue, he says to John, "Daddy, if you roll a 1 on your first roll in Chutes and Ladders, you end up on square 38! You go up a ladder!!"
John thought about this for a minute and realized that David was probably right. He knew there was a ladder on square #1, but he sure didn't know that the ladder ended on square #38.
When we were all home that night, we looked at the board and sure enough, there is a ladder from square #1 to square #38. Who'da thought?!?!
So we decided to put David to the test. You'll see he's pretty much memorized the whole board. We were shocked. The video is very dark at the beginning - it was fine when we edited it - but rest assured, he's getting them right.
John and I have also played Chutes and Ladders about a million times. However, neither one of us could have done what David is doing. Clearly, we just aren't paying enough attention!!

Now that's just spooky!! What an amazing talented son you guys have...think of the card counting that can be done on a two deck balck jack table in Vegas. David's going to be making some serious $$$$!
p.s. LOVE the Coach purse, precious daiper bag (I have ordered one from EBay) and the room letters. Can't wait to see pics of the room all finished!
