SNOW!!!

Before we get to the snow from today, my chronological obsession must be fed...please, bear with me.

During the Superbowl, I think Katherine decided to make up her own game. I'm not sure what this is, but it looks suspiciously similar to spin the bottle. Ummm, not until you're 30 Katherine.

Top view...she kept standing over it, so I thought I'd try to figure out her angle (pardon the pun).
We also built some rockin' lego structures. She worked very hard!

Okay, so NOW to today's snowfall. I have no idea how much it snowed today. People on Facebook (because that's official, you know) are saying 4-6 inches. That's just crazy talk for this area! David was in school all day, but I'm skeptical that he will be tomorrow.

When he got home, we started the snowmen!
It snowed and snowed and snowed...all day long.
I was trying to get them all to look at me and smile at the same time. Mommys are so demanding!!

Katherine was finally ready to come inside - this is her outfit under her coat. Hard to tell if she's going skiing in a blizzard or outside to play in Texas.
Of course, David had to make a snow angel!!
Yippee for the snow!! Double yippee for getting to work from home today and not drive in this stuff! Triple yippee for school being out tomorrow (possibly) and getting a fun play day Friday!
