These pictures were all taken 2 weeks ago, and I actually loaded them to the blog, but then I never did anything else. My once-a-week blog post goal is a lofty one.
Anyway, this was Tuesday night, 8/25. David and Katherine were sharing a yummy marshmallow dessert (or boom-booms as Meme calls them). Aren't they just the sweetest?
At least they usually are when Mommy is pointing a camera at them and says, "Hug, kids! Be sweet!"Katherine is digging for that ever-evasive last marshmallow buried in the bottom of that sneaky plastic bag.
David has learned to share his desserts with his sister. He's not really all that much for sweets, but he LOVES chocolate chip cookies and marshmallows. He tries birthday cake a couple of times every year, but never really likes it and he won't eat brownies at all. Ummm, where did this kid's taste buds come from???
Apparently, there is a pajama stealing monster in our house because for some reason lately, I can't find enough pajamas for Katherine to last the week! I know that the washer eats infant socks, but pajamas??

For the Friday night to end the first week of school, we had pizza. David told us today that pizza is his favorite food, but that chicken and french fries is his favorite MEAL. Very important distinction people.

Katherine saw Mommy dipping my pizza in Ranch dressing and she just HAD to try it herself. I put the smallest dab I could get out of the bottle on to her plate. This is what she looked like after about 10 seconds. Yes, that's Ranch all over her face...Yummy!

Both kiddos are growing up way too fast (Lily has that same problem). :-) I love the Ranch make-up. Watch it be some kind of miracle cream! Molly is a cute pup. Looks like she hasnt gotten MUCH bigger! (which is nice)
Pizza as a favorite food and chicken and french fries as a favorite meal makes TOTAL sense to me but he loses me on not liking brownies. Katherine's hair is getting SOO long!
