The Little Post That Could

Wow - I can't tell you how many times I've tried to upload all these pictures.  You people better enjoy them!  I think google must be having problems or something.

Anyhoo.

On Friday night last week, Creme held a "Fall Festival" (doncha just love how people won't call it a Halloween party anymore?!)  for the kids.

Here they are in their costumes.  Katherine wore her Texas Tech Cheerleading outfit (which was in her closet anyway thankyouverymuch) because her Princess Leia costume was still stuck in the UPS system somewhere (through no fault of UPS).  The situation has been rectified and Friday night they will be an adorable little Star Wars brother and sister.

Katherine won't sit long for pictures anymore.  What a mess!

Here's David before we left the house - he's a Jedi Knight.

Here is David with his teacher from this summer, Ms. Debi.

This is with Ms. Kristy.  I think she must be a bit of a floater, sometimes she's with Katherine, sometimes she's with David.  They both love her.

Here he is with Ms. Kayla.  She's his Apres teacher right now.
And here's Katherine with Ms. Lori.  She was her first teacher at Creme.  You can tell Katherine can't tell who she is!
This is Katherine with two of her current teachers - Ms. Jessie and Ms. Phedelma.  I LOVE them - and so does Katherine!
Here's David with his Spanish teacher on the left, Ms. Maria and another teacher - not sure what she teaches, but I see her a lot.
David with Ms. Katie - she works at the front.  ALL the kids love her and give her hugs when they leave every day.

And ta da!  Here's Katherine's 9 month picture with the teddy bear!  I was not happy with the outfit choice for the day, so there's another one to follow.
In other news, Katherine has finally graduated to the big girl bathtub!  She loves the new digs and will scream and scream when I get her out of the bath now.  Great.

Other things they're doing:

1.  She loves to babble - da da da da da, ba ba ba ba ba, but she seems to have forgotten how to say ma ma ma ma ma!!  Wha?!?!?!?

2.  She often will release a giant SQUEAL when she sees her brother.  When I'm holding her and we pick him up at Creme, she actually starts bouncing in my arms.  I have to hold on tight or she'll bounce right out of my hands!  She also squeals and babbles.  Then she & David catch up on their days.

3.  David is looking so mature and grown up these days, no?  Ugh, painful for a Mommy.

4.  I don't know if I put it on the blog, but we got a Wii Fit last week.  We all love it, but David's a bit underweight sometimes.  He tells us he's going to drink all his milk so he can "make healthy weight."  If only we all had that problem, right?

5.  Katherine talks in her sleep.  She'll yell out something or another a couple of times every night.  She doesn't even move when she does it and it doesn't look like she wakes up.
