Sunday evening, we had some friends over for a visit. They have a 9 month old adorable baby boy and he and Katherine had a great time together! John cooked some super yummy steaks/potatoes/bread...well, okay, a whole super wonderful yummy dinner and we had a great time.
I love this picture - what a HUGE smile on his face!! Isn't he just adorable!! He's pulling up on stuff already and he'll walk while only holding one hand. He's a genius.

This picture cracks me up. When I tell Katherine to "give mommy kisses" she makes this face. Ummmm, you think she's trying to give him kisses?!?! I don't think Daddy would be okay with that!!

Monday was David's first day at Creme with Katherine. He told us he had a fun day. His teacher told me when I picked him up that he was VERY good at using his listening ears. David said, "I already knew how to do that!" He told me that he won a game of freeze dance and he's NEVER WON THAT GAME BEFORE! They keep very detailed notes of his day, so it's nice to know what he did all day and what he liked and ate, etc. He didn't eat very much at all, about 25% of what he was given, so we took him to Chick Fil A for dinner (his mostveryfavorite) and he finally ate something. So far, no tummy aches today!
Katherine reached a milestone yesterday (Monday)!! She can sit up! She falls over after 10 or 15 seconds, but on Sunday, she couldn't stay up for 2 seconds, so she's made huge improvements. I can't believe my little girl is growing up so fast. I took this picture of her this morning.

I'm glad David's first day at the new school went well. The kisses face is hillarious. Sitting up is a fun milestone. It will probably make it easier for her to play with David!
Look at big girl sitting up!
And I'm SO glad David is feeling better. I was worried about him!
Yay! I'm happy David enjoyed his first day of school. No tummy aches - that is GREAT! Wow - I can't believe Katherine is sitting up now (sniff sniff). Let the even-more fun times begin!
What a strong girl! I am so glad that David did well at his new school. Sounds like they are taking great care of him...and how wonderful to pick both up at once!
You guys are blessed to have such a wonderful school!
