Yep, that's right, there are 20 pictures in this post. I figured I owed it to you since it's been so long since I've posted.
On November 24, Katherine turned 10 months old. It hardly seems possible. Here's the teddy bear picture for the month.
Katherine tried on her winter gear. Yes, it says "TINK". She's a bit of a princess.
David played some DS.
We thought it might be funny to let Katherine crawl in her mittens. It was funny, but she did pretty well. This girl has some pretty good balance already. She'll walk soon.
And the ball....oh, the ball. Our kids, they LOVE balls.
Well, maybe David loves them more than Katherine.
Also on Thanksgiving Day, John decided it was the best day to put up the Christmas lights. Turns out he was right - it rained almost all day on Friday. The kids are "helping".
Katherine thought it was REALLY fun to be outside in November.
And now for some funny faces from the kiddos.
Here's Katherine trying to eat the camera (she puts EVERYTHING in her mouth).
As I write this, she's cutting tooth #5. She has the two on the bottom and one to the left of those. Then, in the last 2 days, she cut the one on the left top. For some reason, she's skipping the other top-front tooth and going straight for the second one on the top-right. Follow all that?
David loves to make a funny face, let me take a picture, and then look at himself in the camera. BIG fun people.

Eventually, Katherine WILL take a nap, but wow - getting there is sometimes a process. John held her this time until she fell asleep.
Here she was before the Tech football game showing her school spirit.
Also this weekend, she's started making a new sound. It's a bird call of sorts, at the end of a scream (which she does often - happy or sad) she'll sort of quiver her tongue and make this weird sound. We need to get it on video before she stops doing it. No one in the Ferguson family can do it except Katherine, but we've all tried. We won't be posting a video of that.
On another weird note, I actually got John to go to a retail store on Back Friday!! I never thought it could be done, but it was actually his idea to go to Fry's to look at a couple of things. You can imagine his surprise when we turned in to the completely packed parking lot in the pouring rain at 8 am. Little did we know that the store had been open for 3 hours and all the items we wanted to see were already sold out. The mass of humanity was astounding. We got a few Christmas gifts for David (yes, with him there - we're sneaky like that) and got outta there. They had 55 checkers open, so I only waited in line for about 15 minutes. Not bad, huh? Anyone else brave the MALL (are you CRAZY?!?!?!?!?) on Black Friday?
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

Yea--love the pictures, glad you all enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend--and we can't wait til Christmas!!
Wow, now this is what I'm talking about. By the time I got to the bottom I can't remember what I wanted to say about the stuff at the top :) I love the big open mouth Katherine smiles and the goofy David faces. I did go shopping on black Friday. I left the house at 3:45 a.m. and didn't get home until 11:00 or so. When I left Toys R Us with a cart full of toys it was POURING and I hadn't brought my umbrella. Good times...
Great pictures. What a post! I love the silly face pictures. The mid-crash picture is greatness too. The nap picture is sooo sweet. You are brave going out on Black Friday. I can't believe you returned home Battle Scar-Free (especially from FRYS). But then you had a Jedi and a Princess with you, right? hee hee!
