What About The Backyard?

I know that everyone noticed that there were no PICS of the backyard on the before and after post. Well here is the current status of the backyard. When we purchased the house it had a very large deck in the back. In fact I once saw the deck from an airplane around the time that we contracted to purchase it. After moving in and living with the deck it became clear that it was a hazard for small children and needed a lot of work to be usable. My solution, tear it out. We need some grass back there to practice soccer and throw the baseball and have a fun safe place to just run around outside. As the deck started to disappear I began to see just how big this area really is. I am happy with the size of our backyard. If we do need more space we can just go across the street to the school. We took several PICS of the tear out process. I have found that I am good at tearing stuff out but I left it to the pros to put in a good sprinkler system, run the gutters into a drain, put in a new walkway, and install sod. They did a great job. I still need to redo the flower beds and finish up some other things but I think it is looking pretty good so far.
