John and I went in to feed Katherine for her 8:30 am feeding. Daddy fed her and she ate like a champ! I held her for about 15 minutes after she ate and then we put her back on the "billy" light for some phototherapy (or maybe just to work on her tan ;)
I will be discharged from the hospital today, but Katherine will not, so please say a little prayer that we all do okay through this little transition phase.
She's such an amazing little girl and we are loving every moment of getting to know her. We can't wait for everyone to meet her! I feel like I've been given such an precious gift!!

Katherine is absolutely beautiful! And I am amazed at how much you've blogged while you're in the hospital. I remember the time while I was in the hospital after Maddie was born was absolute craziness - doctors, nurses, birth certificate people... it seemed non-stop till I left! Thanks for keeping us updated on everything! I've enjoyed reading through it all!
Katherine is beautiful. Congratulations! We are following the blog diligently and love the pictures and updates. God Bless all four of you. I am so sorry that she has to stay in the hospital while you go home, but that will be short lived. You and your darling preemie will all be together soon. Please take care of yourself and know that we love you.
